With the ability to create bespoke parts within the tight deadlines often required in the ultra-competitive automotive and motorsport industries, JWA has used its skills in the areas of Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Manufacturing to deliver a wide variety of parts for the likes of Formula One and Sports Car teams as well as major motor manufacturers – all executed on a highly respected confidential basis.  

CAD  
JWA offers an in-house design studio for full 3D CAD design using the very latest software.  Experienced in delivering cost-effective solutions, all parameters are considered before design and manufacturing stages.  

MACHINING  
JWA’s workshop boasts a comprehensive in-house machine shop executing precision machining with fully equipped CNC controlled machines.  With 95% of its production carried out in-house, JWA guarantees production and delivery times based on customer requirements.  

MANUFACTURE
JWA also specializes in its one-off, bespoke service to product manufacture.  Utilising its in-house design studio, machine ship and fabrication bays, it is possible to create products of any size and from any material.
